Our approach, Creative Evaluation & Engagement (CE&E), is flipping what learning, evaluation, and research for social change looks and feels like on its head. We aren't about logic models, SMART goals, or silver bullets that over-simplify problems. We believe that complex problems require complex solutions that emerge out of trust-based relationships and creative imagining. We view the whole person, our histories and stories as interconnected and important. We view lived experiences as expertise. We believe people should be in charge of their own learning, decision-making, and adaptation. We facilitate with all of this in mind as we take you through a process of aligning, learning, adapting, and embodying.

Inspire to Change and the CE&E process supports changemakers personally, professionally, as well as teams, organizations, and initiatives who want to engage in principles-driven learning and evaluation.
